Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Drop orders are packed in the order they were placed and leave within 3–7 business days of the drop closing. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Because every drop is made in a fixed quantity, all sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item or size.

If that happens, email seekingdispair@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a prepaid label and replace the item or refund you once it is received.

Order changes

We cannot change sizes or addresses after an order is placed. Check both before you check out.
